Logan Moore, Counselor-In-Training

Logan is a counselor in training who works with individuals navigating performance-related stress, anxiety, and the pressure of high expectations. She creates a collaborative and authentic space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to show up as their true selves.

Drawing from her background as a former collegiate volleyball player and current coach, Logan brings a deep personal understanding of the mental and emotional challenges that can come with competition, balance, and identity. She meets clients where they are, whether they are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or striving for clarity, and helps them build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness from within.

Logan believes meaningful change happens through genuine connection and mutual trust. Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and focused on helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move forward with intention.
