A collaborative, team-based practice for clinicians who value learning, connection, and excellence in care.

Zenith is designed for clinicians who want more than a caseload. It’s a place to grow professionally while staying grounded in meaningful work.
Clinicians at Zenith value:

- freedom to set their own schedules
- strong administrative and billing support
- a practice that prioritizes sustainability over burnout
- Care here is paced thoughtfully, not rushed.
The Zenith way
A culture of learning, openness, and connection
Zenith is built around the belief that strong clinical work thrives in community.
Our culture includes:
- regular team meetings with guest presenters from other practices and healthcare organizations
- openness to diverse clinical perspectives
- respectful dialogue, curiosity, and shared learning
- an open-door approach to consultation; clinicians are never left carrying complex cases alone
- a balance of professionalism, warmth, and genuine connection
You’ll also see our team show up together in lighter moments, including community engagement and the occasional social media video, because joy and connection matter, too.
Who thrives at Zenith
Zenith is a strong fit for clinicians who:
- enjoy collaboration and shared learning
- value consultation and peer support
- are open to diverse viewpoints and approaches
- take clinical excellence seriously without rigidity
- appreciate balance, self-care, and sustainability
- enjoy being part of a visible, engaged team
Zenith may not be the right fit for clinicians who prefer to work in isolation, resist collaboration, or feel uncomfortable engaging with perspectives beyond their own.
Clinical support & supervision
Zenith provides clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians, including LCMHCAs. Supervision is grounded in practical guidance, ethical practice, and clinical growth, not checkbox compliance.
In addition to formal supervision, clinicians benefit from:
- informal peer consultation
- access to experienced colleagues
- billing and documentation support from our in-house team
You’re supported here, clinically and operationally.
Specialties & growth
As Zenith grows, we are especially interested in clinicians who bring strengths in:
- clinical social work (LCSW)
- family and systems-based therapy
- couples counseling
- trauma-informed care
- EMDR
- neurodiversity-affirming practice
We value breadth because we serve a diverse community. Growth here is intentional, not rushed, and clinicians are supported as they find their place within the practice.
Internships at Zenith
Zenith is proud to offer paid internships, which is still uncommon in the field.
Interns are treated as valued members of the clinical team and receive:
- meaningful clinical experience
- supervision and mentorship
- exposure to a collaborative practice model
- real integration into the life of the practice
How caseloads work
New clinicians are onboarded gradually. Caseloads are built intentionally as clinicians get to know Zenith’s culture, systems, and ways of working.
Clinicians:
- are never forced to take clients
- set their own availability
- are encouraged to prioritize balance and self-care
Burnout is not a business model here.
